1 Hour and 15 Minutes initial comprehensive health history to address all your issues and figuring out the root cause of your issues.   We will get started with new strategies to get you healthy with easy lifestyle changes using the right nutrition and supplementation.   Each individual receives a plan based on your specific needs and lifestyle. $75.00 -

Follow-up 40 minute Visits- $40.00 thereafter to continue and support your health plan and make sure you are supported with success.  I highly recommend a three month committment because it takes 12 weeks to form a habit, and it takes 12 weeks for total cellular turnover of the body to take effect after starting a new health regime.  We also address any necessary changes or additions you may need along the way as you continue. The amount of appointments during that  12 weeks is up to you.

FOR WEIGHT LOSS CLIENTS:  $300.00 FOR 5 VISITS TOTAL OVER A 3 MONTH PERIOD OF TIME FOR SUPPORT, CHANGES TO SUPPLEMENTS OR CHANGES TO YOUR FOOD PLAN.
